Auto enrolment gets the green light!

Last October, Pensions Minister Steve Webb confirmed that all employers would have to enrol their staff into a company pension scheme. However, the Association of Consulting Actuaries found in September that as few as 20% of small employers had even started to consider the impact to their business.

Simon Willcox of HKFAS (Humphries Kirks associated financial advice service) urges businesses not to rush into setting up a worked based pension scheme in spite of advice from Banks and advisers to do so.
