I.T. Support Assistant (First Line Technical Support) – Full time – Wareham
We currently have a permanent requirement for a full time I.T. Support Assistant (First Line Technical Support). The role will be based in Wareham but travel to the firm’s other offices will also be required to meet the needs of the business, therefore candidates must have their own vehicle.
Responsibilities will include taking initial calls from users, troubleshooting and solving hardware and software I.T. issues both on the phone and face to face, as well as liaising with third party providers. Whilst supervision is close at hand, the desired candidate will already have the skills and competencies to undertake this role with minimal guidance on a day to day basis. Due to the highly regulated profession in which we work, confidentiality, diplomacy and professionalism are of paramount importance.
