Dorset Art Weeks

Humphries Kirk have been proud to support the work of Dorset Visual Arts.

Dorset Visual Arts are a charity which have been set up with the aim of the celebrating and advancing understanding of the visual and applied arts to a broader audience. It is managed by a group of Trustees with wide-ranging backgrounds and includes artists, makers, graphic designers, ex lawyers, journalists, arts event directors and gallery owners.

One of the flagship events is the bi-annual, Dorset Art Weeks. An open studio art event which celebrates fantastic art by artists & makers who live and work in the county.

Not only does this introduce people to the wonderful works generated in Dorset but it is a great way of discovering some of Dorset’s hidden gems - great taverns, fabulous eateries and breath taking scenery.

This event is fast becoming one of the countries largest and best open studio events and is a great boost to the local economy.
