Commercial Property Solicitor: A fully experienced Development Land Law Solicitor required for busy commercial property department in the Parkstone office of our forward looking practice. Experience of general commercial property work including landlord and tenant, commercial sales and purchases required. Wide experience of development land acquisition and disposal. Candidates will need to be familiar with infrastructure agreements and planning obligations. Experience in social housing sector preferable but not essential.

Residential Conveyancer: An experienced Residential Conveyancer required in the Parkstone Office to cover general residential conveyancing including purchase and sale of private, freehold and leasehold properties and shared ownership properties. The candidate can either be qualified or unqualified providing they have the adequate experience.
