Humphries Kirk secures Legal Aid Contract

community service logoHumphries Kirk LLP is pleased to announce that it is one of a handful of firms in Bournemouth, and the only firm in Poole, to have been awarded a legal aid contract in respect of family matters including, for example;  divorce and related financial, child care or property matters and Inheritance Act Claims.

The Legal Services Commisssion have drastically reduced the number of firms able  to offer  legal  assistance to anyone needing legal advice. The Legal Services Commission awarded a contract to Humphries Kirk Bournemouth, Poole and Dorchester offices as they achieved the very high standards set out by the LSC in their tender process.

Margaret Baker, Partner and Head of Family Law at Humphries Kirk said, “Naturally we are pleased to be awarded the legal aid contract. It is recognition of the effort we put in to completing the tender process and I  believe it is also recognition of the quality of work and outcomes we  achieve for our clients.”

If you are in need of legal advice in respect of  these matters then contact a Humphries Kirk office near you. We will be pleased to help.
