Humphries Kirk Sponsor Dorset Pentathletes

dorset pentathletesDorset Pentathletes are proud to receive a cheque for £1000 sponsorship from Humphries Kirk Solicitors in Dorset to help the club buy racing strips and tracksuits for the team.

The club take part in many biathlon, biathle, and Pentathlon type of events throughout the country, and cater for children from 10 years and under up to adults of 50 years plus of all abilities and standard. They have been ranked the number one team over the past 3 years in Great Britain at the national biathlon, and biathle Championships.

Last year 22 team members of Dorset Pentathletes represented Great Britain at the World Biathle Championships with 18 athletes in the top ten over the various categories, and gold medals from Niall Laming in the Male 18 & under, Melissa Courtney Female 16 & under, Bronze from Zoe Gowers Girls 10 & under, Elizabeth Hood Girls 12 & under, & Chris Perham boys 14 & under.  

Club coach Michael Flaherty said “This is great news for the club to get sponsorship from Humphries Kirk Solicitors.  The club has been trying to get sponsorship for a team strip for a few years. This new strip will help us stand out at races and give the athletes that take part a real team identity.”
