Robin Rowland Email Scam

We are aware that a number of emails have been sent fraudulently using Robin Rowland’s name.

The emails are purported to be sent by Robin Rowland, Barrister. If an email is received with these details, we can advise that it is a scam in which fraudsters are using his name and that of the Firm, having set up a similar e-mail address to the one used by Humphries Kirk LLP.

Typical emails request the recipient to reply regarding the estate of a recently deceased individual. Emails are sent from a number of accounts including the following address robin.rowland@humphrieskirk.co.cc. Please note that the “.co.cc” is an Australian territory email code for the Cocos (Keeling) Islands.

We can assure you that every step is being taken in order to stop this scam.
