Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
There may come a time when, for one reason or another, you are not able to deal with your everyday affairs. We can draw up a Property and Affairs LPA which will enable someone you trust to take care of your financial matters.
Also we can prepare a Personal Welfare LPA for you should you so wish, which would allow someone of your choice to make welfare and health care decisions on your behalf if you were ever to lack the mental capacity to do so yourself.
Once you have downloaded and read the relevant information then contact us to make an appointment. We will then send you a brief questionnaire. It would be helpful if you could complete the questionnaire as best you can and bring it with you to our meeting. This will ensure that our meeting with your focusses on the important things and not form filling thereby saving you time, effort and more importantly money.
