Caroline Carretta LLB – Partner

Caroline is a Partner and heads the commercial team in Dorchester. Caroline specialises in company and commercial law including the sale and purchase of businesses, equity investment, financing issues, management buy-outs, joint ventures, franchising, employment law, intellectual property and commercial contracts of all kinds.

Caroline also provides start-up advice to new business ventures and is keen to stress the importance of getting to know her business clients, their needs and the market in which they operate.   

Caroline has recently been involved in a number of 'Academy Conversions' and has gained extensive experience and expertise in helping schools to convert to Academy status quickly and with the minimum of fuss.
