Howard is the Head of the Land Law department and specialises in residential developments, acquisition of sites and plot sales, options, commercial property, leases and tenancies.

Based in Dorchester, Howard oversees the work of the property team across the practice and is the driving force behind Humphries Kirk reputation as a firm that delivers a first rate, personable service that achieves high levels of client satisfaction.
