"Having commanded an army regiment I am very aware of the need for team work to achieve results and so it is at Humphries Kirk.

From a commercial perspective, my view is always to understand my clients; the market in which they operate, their immediate needs and their long term aims. In that way I can ensure that the advice I give is relevant to their present circumstances but mindful of their future goals.

For my key clients, it’s about developing a relationship so that I am able to advise them when the important decisions need to be made and not simply react to a problem after the event."
