Katharine Jones BA (Hons) - Partner
Katharine is an experienced Land Law Partner and specialises in all aspects of commercial and residential property matters including commercial and residential sales and purchases, leases, tenancies, option and conditional contracts. Katharine also specialises in small business sales and purchases.
Katharine is also the Partner in charge of marketing and business development at Humphries Kirk giving her considerable input into the direction and focus of the firm on a day to day basis.
As a solicitor and local business leader, Katharine is keen to ensure that Humphries Kirk are involved in the local business community and campaigns across the firm about the importance of being a face to our clients and not just a voice at the end of the telephone.
