Kay Levene BA (Hons) – Partner

Kay is a Partner and head of the Family Law team based in Bournemouth. Kay advises high net worth clients and specialises in family law matters including: divorce, guidance on legal separation, civil partnerships, children issues, complex financial disputes, pre nuptial agreements, maintenance issues and mediation advice.

“When relationships breakdown, many people bury their heads in the sand in the hope that things will some how resolve themselves. The problem here is that there are often so many complex things that must be considered - financial aspects like settlements, tax implications and pension schemes or children issues like access and visitation. That’s where I can make a difference - by giving clients the information they need so they know where they stand. Suddenly the fog of despair lifts and people can see some light at the end of tunnel and a way forward”.
