Simon Cross – BSc (Hons), Notary Public - Partner

Simon is a Partner in the Private Client department and specialises in Wills, tax planning, Trusts, administration of estates, powers of attorney, court of protection, and charity formation.

As a member of STEP (Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners), Simon has considerable experience in dealing with complicated estate administration matters which often have numerous intricate issues that need to be addressed. In these situations Simon stresses the importance of providing immediate, practical straightforward advice at times when  the family are still dealing with the emotional turmoil following the loss of a loved one.

Simon believes in marrying an experienced professional approach to his clients expectations, in order to achieve effective solutions to the problems they face.

"I offer effective, practical solutions to help solve people's private legal problems - Sometimes that means helping people plan for the future, other times it's helping family or friends deal with the admistration of a complicated estate. But it's always about a quality service and a care for my clients. It may seem a little old fashioned but it's important"
