Victoria Pearson LLB - Partner

Victoria is a Partner based in Dorchester and specialises in general litigation. Victoria is keen to stress that whilst it is an unfortunate fact of commercial life, that, from time to time, disputes will arise which cannot be resolved without litigation, her first instinct is to look to all other avenues of dispute resolution beforehand in an effort to save her clients time and money.

Whilst it often makes commercial sense to settle disputes, Victoria is under no illusions that, if called upon, she will happily bring to bear her experience and expertise in pursuing the matter through the courts.

“In today’s commercial environment people can save time and money by considering seriously, the various forms of dispute resolution like mediation or arbitration. However, if litigation is unavoidable then by taking a commercial view for each individual client my goal is to capitalise on opportunities for settlement and seek the best commercial result at the least cost to my clients.”
