Humphries Kirk merges teams to Poole Tower Park office

Dorset and Somerset law firm Humphries Kirk has merged its commercial land law team with members of its commercial team to co-locate staff at its Poole Tower Park office.

Humphries Kirk works with small and large businesses, developers, investors, landlords as well as tenants and housing associations. The firm’s specialist construction solicitors also advise on every aspect of large scale or minor construction projects. The team includes chartered legal executives, solicitors, notary public and conveyancers.

John Chittenden, managing partner at Humphries Kirk commented: “Due to their locations, the teams working out of the Poole office and Parkstone offices already work closely alongside each other, so it made sense to amalgamate both areas to create a central team ensuring we can smoothly service the business community.

“Over the years we have established an enviable reputation for protecting the property interests of businesses and commercial enterprises throughout the region. Our commercial property law team continually keep up to speed with local developments and planning issues as well as impending and current legislative changes that could have a bearing on property and construction interests.”

The teams can assist business owners who are looking to buy or sell freehold and leasehold properties or are acquiring other small businesses as well as large corporations looking into franchising agreements or management buy-outs.
