The law firm is participating in the campaign ‘Free Wills Month’ to offer members of the public aged 55 and over the opportunity to have a basic Will written or updated free of charge. Solicitors in selected locations are involved in the campaign and Humphries Kirk is proud to be among them.
Free Wills Month brings together a group of well-respected charities, including British Heart Foundation, Marie Curie, The Stroke Association and many more. Those taking part in the campaign can also leave a gift in their Will to a chosen charity.
To make the most of the offer, members of the public aged 55 and over can contact Humphries Kirk during October to request an appointment. Humphries Kirk’s qualified staff will help members of the public draw up a Will that accurately reflects their wishes. Those interested in taking up the offer are under no obligation to leave a gift to one of the Free Wills Month charities.
