Graduating with a Bachelor of Laws honours degree, Charlotte went on to attain a Diploma in Law from the College of Law, becoming admitted as a Solicitor in September 1997.
Charlotte joined Humphries Kirk in 2008. Her breadth of Commercial Property expertise encompasses not only business tenancies (for both landlords and tenants) and acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold commercial land and properties, but also commercial estate plot sales and lettings – and services and access rights over land.
By working with a number of housing associations and charitable organisations, Charlotte sees her specialist field from all viewpoints.
Charlotte is married with two children and has actively supported her son’s school PTA, including a period of time as Treasurer. Charlotte is also a keen runner, raising funds for charity in 10K runs and half marathons in recent years, building up to her first full marathon in 2013.
