PA & Admin Assistant, Wareham

An exciting position is available for a PA & Admin Assistant to work in our busy and interesting Wareham office.

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic person to join our Business Administration team. The role will provide key support to both their immediate team and overall operation of the business. This will involve creating and maintaining effective administrative duties, procedures and systems.

The successful person will therefore be;

  • Highly organised and able to find efficient ways of working
  • Friendly and supportive approach to team work
  • Excellent with IT including typing, Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
  • Effective at communicating and able to build interpersonal relationships
  • Flexible, proactive and able to adapt easily
  • Able to take initiative and prioritise

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, however a keen interest in Business Administration and willingness to succeed is most important.
