setting up a trust

“Protect valuable assets by holding them in a trust – protect your interests by enlisting our help to do it.”

A Trust is effectively a legal vehicle for transferring your assets to individuals or a Trust Company, also known as Trustees – who then become legal owners of those assets. Trusts fall into two broad categories:

  • Trust in Lifetime – this can be set by way of a trust (also known as a Settlement)
  • Trust in Will – this can be set up to take effect upon death and is also known as a Will Trust
